Possibly: The evidence as to whether cranberry juice prevents recurrent utis is mixed. Some small studies suggest a benefit, but a larger cochrane review that included larger studies suggested little or no benefit. Stay tuned however, as studies are ongoing and suggest some possibly reasons that there might be a benefit.
