I have irregular cycle and i have one follicle of 9mm...can it be increased by clomifene citrate?

Yes: Clomid (clomiphene) is a medication to help people who are not ovulating or not ovulating very often. It works in about 80% of people to get them to ovulate. It does have side effects though such as ovarian cysts and does increase the chance of having twins.
