None for most men: Clomiphene citrate is an estrogen antagonist. For women who are estrogen dominant, this can cause multiple side effects as the Clomiphene shifts the estrogen to androgen (male hormone) balance away from the estrogen. In men, shifting that same balance away from estrogen and toward the androgens is not a problem as men are naturally androgen dominant. Most men have virtually no side effects.
