Can be: That's a high dose of zofran (ondansetron), (ondansetron) it's okay, but not uncommon to have GI side effects with zofran (ondansetron). Some women have constipation. So long as you are able to keep down water/fluids and don't have a fever, you're fine. Good luck, hope you feel better soon!

Not usually: There are anecdotal reports of diarrhea while taking odansetron, but statistically these would be a rarity. Cannot imagine that diarrhea would be related to stopping the drug, but i never say never. Hope this stops soon. If not, see your doctor. Good luck.
