Hyper sweat: If you continue to have sweaty palms and feet without any apparent reason, or if they sweat out of proportion to the stimulus, then i would see your doctor for a possible hyperhidrosis problem.

You can try : Drysol prescription antiperspirant to see if that helps. It is unrelated to your diabetes.
