I'm 16yrs old & in the past week my areola's have gotten very noticeable puffy & veiny & they have stayed this way. also tiny red bumps are appearing.

Rash on areola: Hi. If you are on your period, it could be due to the hormonal regulation: swelling, tender, etc. Then papules noted around that area could be a contact rash from sweating and you can apply 1% Hydrocortisone locally to that region 3x/d until gone. Keep dry.
