Many thing-more info: You need to be evaluated further by your md. How old are you btw? Elevation of your platelet and increase lymphocytes could be related -could be unrelated. What is your hemoglobin, mcv? Many possibilities- will include infection, inflammation, iron def , bleeding etc- to malignancy like cll etc. Need more information. More importantly to f/u and discuss further with your doctor.
