Serious: You have RA & Methotrexate use has been associated with mild retrobulbar hemorrhages. It seems like it is either that or you have had a mild arterio-venous malformation with multiple hemorrhages & an ophthalmologist & rheumatologist must have seen you. More serious causes could be meningioma of optic nerve or internal carotid aneurysms which may be life threatening. Need a triple consult of your.
