I woke up this morning feeling like i got punched in my right eye. my right temple, below and above my eye, and behind my eye hurts badly. should i seek emergency medical attention? could it be an aneurysm??

There are migraine variants which can present this way, and acute glaucoma might be an answer, especially if vision is affected. Unlikely that you have giant cell arteritis at your age, but ? Since we would need far more information to pin this down, would suggest seeing your doctor ASAP or heading to an urgent care center.
