Yes: Methotrexate should be taken by sub-q injection, not orally!

Yes: Definitely see your doctor right away because dehydration is a serious problem and can lead to much worse complications. If your blood pressure drops to dangerous levels or you pass out, or you cannot keep down fluids, you will need to go to the er/call an ambulance. In the meanwhile drink plenty of water and fluids with electrolytes, and take antiemetics to try to stop vomiting.
