Nose bleed: Nose blled can be from varied causes, but if it recurs it can be a sign of inflammation or nasal allergies. If you have nasal congestion, see an allergist and get tested.

Nosebleed: As the nosebleed has been persistent, i would have you see an ENT to have this site cauterized. It is a straightforward office procedure, and can stop the nosebleeds.
