A member asked:

Do you have to have fatigue if you have pulmonary stenosis? what are all the symptoms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually no symptoms: Pulmonary valve stenosis is usually asymptomatic. However, if there is severe pulmonary valve stenosis, then there can be decreased cardiac output, which could cause fatigue. Also, if there is long-standing significant pulmonary valve stenosis, then there may be development of right ventricular dysfunction, and it may not be reversible even with therapy to relieve the valve stenosis.
