Could lung cancer cause fatigue for 5 yrs, excess sweating, loose stool, muscle aches, elevated blood pressure 144/93. Ex smoker. Doctor carried out chest ab, pelvis CT - No sinister pathology or reasons for symptoms. Thyroid and potassium good.
