No: You may have "ringworm", which is a type of fungal infection, but you do not have hookworm, which is a parasite that only inhabits the gastrointestinal tract. Typically causes symptoms similar to a peptic ulcer. Best to see your physician about the rash, could be due to any number of things - except hookworm.
