Urethritis: The urethra is the hollow tube in the center of penis that carries urine from the bladder to the tip / head of the penis. When this tube is inflamed, the penis can be painful and have a burning sensation with discharge of fluid. This may be caused by an infection. It would be good to visit a clinic or healthcare provider to help determine the cause of this and have it treated. Hope this helps.
