Post-void dribble: Most common cause in females is vaginal trapping of urine if thighs kept close together during urination. Urine is trapped by labia, more so if subject is overweight. Prblem can be aleviated by pulling clothes down to ankles ; spreading thighs as widely as possible when urinating.Can also hold toilet paper berween thighs when alighting from toiklet. Urethral diverticulum or cystocele can cause it.
