Black: Not sure why it "quickly turned black"? Could be dry blood. Go to the emergency room and have someone look at it.

See a doctor: If the blackness is not just a healing scab over the cut you need to see a doctor asap or go to the er. This could be the beginning of severe infection with necrosis or gangrene.
