Is pebble like stool sign of celiac?

Dr. KT Park answered

Celiac: Pebble like stools are most likely an indication of general constipation. Stools form into "balls" on defecation when stools are depleted of water in the intestine. Drink plenty of water daily and eat a fiber-balanced / healthy diet. Pebble like stooling is not a classic symptom of celiac disease. More classic GI symptoms in celiac include diarrhea, abdominal pain, and bloating/gas.
