No: Not really. Pain can be caused by TMJ disorder, by referred pain from the teeth, infection, inflammation, lymphadenitis etc. Sometimes, heart attack can be presented with left chest pain-radiating to the jaw. But, no, it is not a sign of lung cancer. Stop smoking if you do.

Most likely not: Unless the lung cancer has progressed enough to metastasize to the bone of the jaw it is unlikely the pain is related to any lung carcinoma. However, changes in voice (hoarseness) may be related to lung cancer if it damages the laryngeal nerve in the chest.
