Should be ok: Benadry is an anti-allergy (anti-histamine) and Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) is essentially a serotonin anti-depressant med. But you might feel a little extra sleepy, so be careful about machinery/driving etc and try it out with some supervision the first time b/c everyone has individual reactions.
