Can your arm hurt even after a day after u have blood drawn?

Yes: It is common for there to be some soreness/tenderness to the site where you had blood drawn. It may also be normal to see a small amount of bruising or swelling. If there is a large amount of bruising/swelling or significant discomfort that causes any debilitation, then you need to speak with a medical provider.
