May have problems: It is important fo the bone to heal properly or complication can occur. You can have non healing of the bone, misalignment of the bone, and/or develop chronic problems. If you are having problems, see your foot specialists. Dr l.

Many things: You could have a permanent deformity, difficulty walking, chronic pain.

Take care of it.: The fracture may heal abnormally or it may not heal at all. You may develop an angulation deformity, prolonged pain and possible future arthritis. I recommend getting it properly taken care of.
