Back pain: Usually not. Although constipation can aggravate back pain and could certainly be the cause of your hemorrhoids.
Dr. Jonathan Lau
Anesthesiology 23 years experience
Not really: External hemorrhoids usually dont cause back pain. Internal ones unless they are causing bowel obstruction do not hurt also. Im sure some preporation h can help. If not see your physician to see a proctologist or general surgeon who can talk to you about your options. And find out why u have back pain.
Dr. Norma jo Waxman
Family Medicine 33 years experience
Not typically : Hemorrhoids epically have pain that is localized to the anus. It would be unusual to have back pain. Please get evaluated
