Yes: The symptoms of nasal allergies include sneezing, itching, runny nose, nasal congestion and often itchy, watery eyes. The nasal congestion can lead to a nasal tone to the voice. Anything that causes nasal congestion and/or obstruction could lead to a nasal voice.
