See Allergist: Might be worthwhile seeing an Allergist for further workup and evaluation. Skin testing or blood testing for sensitivity to both indoor/outdoor allergens is indicated if you are having congestion, running, sneezing, etc. Once sensitivities are determined then a better treatment regimen can be prescribed.
