See a doctor: a nonspecific burning sensation near where the ovary is may not necessarily mean that there is something wrong with the ovary because there are other things in that area that could be causing pain as well such as the appendix or the bowel. definitely consider talking to a doctor about any other symptoms or getting an exam to look for more information.
