It depends: Donor eggs will clearly be the better option for having a healthy baby. There is no question that the chance of having a healthy baby is lower if you try to use your own eggs, especially when you have decreased reserve. If you already tried ivf but didn't get pregnant, it might be worth another try as long as you stimulated well and had 5 or more eggs. Otherwise i think donor eggs are best.
