HIV: Acute HIV infection often presents with symptoms of a mononucleosis-like syndrome, with fever, enlarged lymph nodes, fatigue, muscle aches, etc., but can present with neurological symptoms or almost anything, but is often without any symptoms. Hiv/aids can present with any symptoms depending upon the secondary infection or malignancy which may occur.
