No: An elevated blood white cell count can be an indication of active inflammation somewhere in your body, like infection. There are many other reasons for elevated wbc, but it is not indicative of colon cancer.

No.: It is very unlikely to be colon cancer. The most common cause of a high white cell count is infection. Sometimes a blood cancer will also cause a high white cell count. Stress, as with surgery or some medications, can also cause a high white cell count.
