Possibly high lipids: The description is not very detailed, so I am going to guess at what is described. If it is indeed a grey to cream colored ring at the base if the cornea, near the peripheral edge of the iris, then this may be corneal arcus. If so, in a 32 yo this would be a sign of possible hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, or hyperlipoproteinemia. You should have an evaluation.

Cholesterol : It could mean that you have high cholesterol. I would see an eye dr first.
