Stop worrying: This is easily treated with topical tolnaftate or something similar. While you're under treatment, you are probably not infectious; the microbes are ubiquitous in any case and a breakout depends mostly on the individual's local ecology. Don't let it stop your fun.

A few raised and also flat non itchy non painful bumps on penis head. Non on shaft or balls. Groin also itches. No burning sensation or discharge. I work outside for a living so I sweat. Could this be jock itch or heat rash?
