Unsure: Shoe size, age and height will not give an accurate estimate of adult height. At 13 i was 5'10' with a shoe size of 9 and I am 6'1'. My son had a shoe size of 9 at age 13, was 5' 0' tall and stopped growing at 5'10'. X-rays of the growth center will allow the provider to guess but it will only be a guess. 5'10": If a boy is 5'0" at 12 and has bone maturity equal to his age, he should follow the normal growth charts and end up 5'10". An x-ray of the left wrist and hand can be assessed for "bone age".If the growth centers are open and consistent with a 10yo, the kid would likely be taller, if more like 14, shorter. Shoe size has no predictive value. See www.Cdc.Gov/growthcharts.
