I quit smoking eight months ago why am i phlegmy?

Body working better!: First and foremost, quitting tobacco has made you much healthier. Better breathing, circulation, better taste and smell, more able to exercise, and no chemicals. We all makes fluid in our sinuses and upper lungs. Usually it's thin like water, and you don't notice it. Your fluid may be thicker, or you have more - now your body works more normal. Possible post-nasal drip or mild allergy treatments.
