Tremor: There are tow type tremors, attention tremor or rest tremor. Attention tremor is the tremor when to use your hand or pay attention to your hand movement it occurs. Rest tremor happens no matter move or not. You are young, the attention tremor is more possible. If not interfere with your life, no need treatment. If it is needed to treat for attention tremor try beta blocker, Propranolol first.
