May be keratitis: In some patients with pink eye, inflammation of the cornea, called keratitis, can follow. This can result in decreased vision. In some cases an antinflammatory eyedrop may be prescibed. Follow up with your eye doctor.

Corneal opacities: There is a common form of pink eye called ekc or epidemic kerato-conjunctivitis that has late sequel of sub-epithelial opacities that may blur the vision. Must see your ophthalmologist for further diagnosis.
