How to heal a black and blue eye quickly?

No quick cure: Black and blue around the eye usually comes from blunt trauma to eye socket area. There is blood under the skin and in the tissue of the eye which will resolve slowly by itself. With any blunt trauma around the eye, if you have not already done so, you need to be seen by and eye md immediately to be sure there has been no damage to the eye.
