How to get rid of scabs on your face?

Scabs on face: Apply a warm compress for 15 minutes to soften the scabs, then gently wipe them off. Keep the wounds well lubricated with vaseline or antibiotic cream to prevent the scabs from coming back and to allow the wounds to they heal completely.
