Not effective: Medicine or patches do not necessarily go bad in general but the reason the fda puts an expiration date is to make you aware of the potency of the medication/treatment. After the expiration date, the medicine is less effective and possibly not work at all. I would find a way to get a patch that is not expired to receive the maximum effect.
