How to get parasites out of human ears?

Parasites: Occasionally ascaris lumbricoides will come out of ears after climbing up from the GI tract and perforating the eardrum. Are not many other parasites seen in the ear. Most ear parasites are not really classified as parasites at all, meaning they don't meet all the requirements of the genus.
