Burning Tongue Syndr: There are several causes for a burning tongue syndrome. An unwanted side effect to medicine is not uncommon & goes away several days after you stop the medicine. Vitamin/mineral deficiencies can cause it; try taking a multivitamin with minerals. Abscessed teeth or broken fillings too. If these aren't the obvious causes see a dentist specialized in oral medicine for diagnosis and treatment plain.
