Safe if monitored: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and other stimulants may be safely used in your situation if the tachycardia is not due to other cardiac problems like arrhythmia, cardiomyopathy, etc. If your cardiac status permits treatment with Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) you will need closer than usual medical monitoring (at least monthly early in treatment).
