Hi i was wondering how bad is adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) for your body? i read an article about how it is similar to meth. i'm really worried now. any safe adhd meds?

Adderall: amphetamine: med for ADHD. It has demonstrated safety and efficacy when used as prescribed for ADHD with good evaluation and careful monitoring. All meds have potential side effects and some people may not tolerate them. Methamphetamine (meth, crystal, chalk, ice) is chemically similar to amphetamine and extremely addictive.
