Not specificly: It is the swimmer(sperm) who gets there first that determines the sex of the baby. There is no special position, tea, day of the month or whatever else you heard that makes any difference.Some fertility centers offer ivf techniques that may increase your chances at gender selection but are expensive and not 100% successful.

No: Other than ivf (in vitro fertilization) with dna evaluation, cannot "tilt" odds--all wives' tales are without merit. Sorry.
