One way to know: Only way to know if you are pregnant is to do a pregnancy test. If you have continued bleeding see your physician for an appropriate work up. Having dysfunctional uterine bleeding should be seen by your physician.

Long period: Having a menstrual period last for 3 weeks is not normal, and needs to be investigated. Pregnancy is always possible if having unprotected sex, but the ongoing bleeding makes that questionable. Please see your physician as soon as you can. Be well.
