Pregnancy test: Having sex while menstruating is not the most fertile time in your cycle, but ovulation times can be unpredictable. Depending on length of your typical monthly cycle, you are nearing your next menstrual period and could take a home pregnancy test then. These can be positive 14 or so days after conception -- but for the most true results, wait until your period is missed (if it is).
