Foot pain: Many possibilities. One is that the pain is from peripheral neuritis. One common cause of peripheral neuritis is diabetes. Your blood sugar of 107 is above the normal range. You should check with your doctor to find out what is causing the pain, and rule out diabetes.

Need evaluated: A couple days of symptoms isn't overly concerning but if it continues i'd recommend being evaluated especially if you are diabetic.
