May be neuro or myof: This may be neurological or myofascial type of paresthesias. Unlikely to be gluten but your physician can check all of these considerations

Neuropathy: Very unlikely to be related to Celiac unless very long standing with nutritional deficiency. What you describe may be normal but also sounds similar to neuropathy, which has multiple causes.
