Appendicitis?: Many very different causes are possible. Appendicitis is one of the most urgent. Work up will include differential temperature (oral-rectal), WBC and sometimes observation in the hospital. Nausea, vomiting associated are commonly associated with this condition. But only an actual consultation in er or dr s office will clarify what is your case.

Many things: Most common would be kidney stone spleen or pancreas related pain such as pancreatitis. Abscess, could be colon or small bowel related. Are you also including your <pelvis>? In general if your pain is persistent i suggest you see a doctor. If it is associated with fever see a doctor immediately.
