Appendicitis?: Many very different causes are possible. Appendicitis is one of the most urgent. Work up will include differential temperature (oral-rectal), WBC and sometimes observation in the hospital. Nausea, vomiting associated are commonly associated with this condition. But only an actual consultation in er or dr s office will clarify what is your case.
