Pain: Pain and tenderness in the right lower quadrant can be many things including crohn's disease, smoldering appendicitis, or a ureteral stone. Given the possibility of appendicitis, i would check it out as soon as possible.

Appendicitis,,: This sounds like appendicitis. It presents with rebound tenderness in the lower abdomen and moves to the lower right abdomen. Tenderness is found when pressing on the left lower abdomen, and pain is on the right side. Psoas sign (pain on right leg lift) is present. Pain is increased with coughing and WBC count is high. Please get to your er fast to take care of this so it doesn't rupture.
