Go see ur Family Doc: Given your symptoms, it's best to go see your Family Doc for evaluation & appropriate treatment. Perhaps you have a urinary tract infection? While bladder infections are localized to pelvic region, kidney infections can cause back pain. Of note, infections don't typically cause drowsiness although fatigue would be expected. Bottom line, go see your Family Doc.
